Ah... the comforts of home. =P been out the whole day, and nothing beats the comfortable cushioning of the fabulous office chair, cool breeze from the slightly whirling fan and night temperatures. =) Now that's what i call home. Been out in church since early afternoon all the way till 5 in the evening, then it was straight to town together with my baby, my brother, and my sister to celebrate steph's birthday. Lionel came too! =D You could almost see the glee in steph's eyes. Or at least i hope it wasn't my imagination. But nonetheless, all's good. Great food, great fun. An enjoyable day out, and i sure hope it was enjoyable for the birthday girl eh? =D Then later on at far east, we met a couple of other church members. Lydia, Moses (reminds me of the burning bush joke), and Alex. Yea, happy and chatty people, but closing time. Hahs! First ever time staying out at a shopping complex till such late hours in town. Of course, good-byes are never easy. We waved, and voila! Done. hahas.. L-A-M-E. So we trotted off to Four Seasons hotel, where my parents were attending a wedding dinner. We were 'escorted' to the bar by my wonderful and insanically (is there such a word?) hilarious dad. Had some drinks, NON alcoholic of course. =P Tried to dare myself to munch the seasoned olive, but failed. The spread of bar snacks were quite exquisite actually. Deep friend shiitake mushrooms, wasabi peas, and seasoned olives. What a spread! Easily puts to shame your normal PUBs and 5-star restaurant starters alike. Then of course it was time to leave, DUH! My parents gave baby a lift home. Had 'kway teow' soup for supper. Absolutely delightful =D Compliments of 'Chai Chee Minced Pork Noodle House'. Try it. You don't call them famous for nuts.
My body's beginning to itch! It's time to sleep! Good night ya'll! All the best to me for my hockey match against CSC (not butter, CEYLON SPORTS CLUB you dodo! =D)! Nights! Peace & out.
